As a user of the Services, you agree not to: systematically retrieve data to create a competing database; trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users; circumvent security features; use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations; upload viruses or other malicious code; engage in any automated use of the system; attempt to impersonate another user; harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents; copy or adapt the Services' software; use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us.

The Services does not offer users the ability to submit or post content.

By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

The Services may contain links to other websites. Such third-party websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy by us, and we are not responsible for any third-party websites accessed through the Services.

These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted following the laws of the United Kingdom. COOPRA.IO and yourself both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Any dispute arising from these Legal Terms shall be determined by arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be the United Kingdom, Ely, Cambridgeshire. The language of the proceedings shall be English.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
